Helping clients find a dream home or investment property in Bali, Indonesia. Listening and understanding the client’s needs, wants and budget. Looking at currently inventory to match with clients. Taking the clients to for showings. Explaining the local laws and regulations for foreigner owning or leasing in Indonesia. Helping the clients with the purchase or rental contracts. Meeting with notary for legal paperwork.
Responsibly for the sales department. Looking at trends in the market and finding marketing opportunities to help with growth and sales. Giving the sales teams leads and helping with all sales and scheduling of the day trips or tours. Including costing and profit margin for the company.
Location analyst. Working with Community Mangers, Area Managers, and District Managers to analyze all things that can make a location more profitable.
