Key Skills Project Management – 3-8 Projects Concurrently (Value 100k – 10 million) Engineering Leadership of multi disciplined Teams – up top 85 engineers Bid Management – bids up to £700 million Bid Development – directing and creating bid documentation and design Work Package Management, Schedules, Costings, Risk management, Design for Manufacture Systems Engineering – full systems lifecycle including requirements capture, management, requirements flow down, verification & Validation and system sell off System Safety – Reviewing and approving safety cases and project safety plans Excellent knowledge of C4ISTAR, Subsea Engineering, Naval Defence, Land Vehicle Systems, Oil & Gas Production Optimisation, Analytics and Aerospace Systems.
