I’m a Group Workshop Manager with experience leading the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and fleet vehicles supporting construction and civil engineering operations. I lead two busy workshops, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating technicians, prioritising workloads and ensuring plant and vehicles are maintained safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. My experience covers HGVs, vans and a wide range of specialist plant machinery, including planers, pavers, rollers, StreetMasters and small plant.
