I am a Business Development Director focused on helping life sciences, industrial, and manufacturing organizations solve complex environmental and waste management challenges in a practical, compliant, and sustainable way. With a background rooted in hazardous waste compliance, recycling systems, and material recovery, I work with EHS, operations, and procurement leaders to design Total Waste Management strategies that support operational goals while advancing sustainability objectives. My approach emphasizes clarity, execution, and long-term value rather than one-off fixes. I partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage complex waste streams, reduce landfill reliance, and implement solutions such as reuse, solvent recovery, fuel blending, and alternative disposal pathways. Whether supporting a zero-landfill initiative, optimizing waste logistics, or evaluating new sustainability opportunities, I focus on solutions that are realistic, defensible, and aligned with how facilities actually operate. My perspective is informed by hands-on experience in regulated environments, which helps ensure strategies are grounded in operational reality. I’m known for simplifying complex regulatory and operational challenges, navigating constraints without friction, and helping organizations move forward with confidence. I help organizations make progress without compromising compliance, operations, or credibility.

I partner with EHS, operations, and procurement leaders to evaluate complex waste challenges and develop scalable strategies across hazardous waste management, recycling, landfill diversion, and material recovery. My focus is on simplifying compliance, improving visibility, and creating defensible programs that work in real operating environments. Drawing on hands-on experience in regulated settings, I support customers by: • Translating complex waste and sustainability challenges into actionable programs • Advancing zero-landfill, solvent recovery, and reuse initiatives • Supporting compliant handling and movement of hazardous and regulated materials • Aligning environmental strategies with site operations and corporate objectives I engage early to understand operational constraints, risk tolerance, and priorities, and I work collaboratively to shape solutions that are durable, defensible, and executable. Whether launching new programs, optimizing existing waste streams, or evaluating sustainability initiatives, I serve as a practical, knowledgeable partner who helps organizations move forward with confidence.
I help industrial and manufacturing clients turn waste challenges into sustainable solutions. As an Account Developer for WTS, Inc., I manage environmental programs across VA, NC, SC, and GA — specializing in hazardous waste compliance, recycling initiatives, and landfill diversion strategies. With a hands-on approach rooted in regulatory knowledge and operational efficiency, I work closely with EHS and procurement teams to: • Identify and classify complex waste streams • Implement cost-effective recycling and reuse solutions • Navigate RCRA, DOT, and TSDF requirements • Develop end-to-end strategies for cradle-to-cradle waste handling Whether it’s securing fuel recovery options for lab byproducts, transitioning vendors to improve service and cost, or rolling out sitewide sustainability programs, I bring the structure, speed, and insight needed to deliver value at every step.
