Responsibilities: Overall control of diving operations. Ensure the safety of all diving personnel, equipment and activities during execution of project activities. Ensure the offshore diving operations and activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation, Client standard and specification to Subcontractor policies and procedures. Liaise with Contractor and Client Representatives offshore within project meetings for task planning and to update production progress timelines. Manage the safety and performance of Subcontractor 3rd Party vendor on board. Implementation, maintenance and documentation of routine preventative maintenance/certification programme regarding project equipment. Ensure all required project equipment, competent personnel and procedures are in place as per the SOW. Action any corrective measures raised by audits and/or inspections pertaining to personnel, the work site and supporting equipment. Ensure appropriate risk assessment and toolbox talks are undertaken. Ensure project safety meetings are carried out to HSE procedures. Ensure that all project documentation during offshore installation works is appropriately completed including Daily Progress reports. Scope of work: (depth 0-38m) BERRI field expansion campaign. Responsibilities: Direct supervision and control of active Diving operations. Ensure all diving operations are conducted safely. Confirm that diving personnel are competent to carry out the work required of them and have a valid medical. Ensure that all equipment used is adequate, safe, certified, maintained and function tested before use. Ensure that daily TBT and safety meetings are conducted and recorded. Ensure all foreseeable hazards have been evaluated and are fully understood by all the relevant parties and if required training is given. Ensure an onsite JSA and PTW is in place for the task. Ensure that all involved parties are aware diving operations are going to start or continue. Ensure compliance to company policy and task planning and report to management any anomalies. Ensure clear audible and visual communication with all personnel under supervision and record all activities. Ensure clear communication with all personnel on diving operations such as marine crew, DP Operators, Survey, crane drivers and ROV personnel. Ensure direct communications with any diver in the water at all times and record all activities. Ensure that daily records of the diving operations are maintained and submitted to the Dive Superintendent. Scope of work: (depth 0-12m) 8” riser installations assistance at wellhead by stalk-on method, jacket clamp alignment, closure and bolt torque sequences.
