Responsible for asset development planning, CapEx budget, OpEx, and global manufacturing benchmarking and process development.
- Manage the activities of eight engineers and six technicians, developing their skills, while improving process efficiency and yields. - Responsible for capital budgets and expense budgets. - Responsible for meeting product line cost targets and yield targets. - Responsible for assembly processes of 9” printer line, improving tooling/fixture design and reducing build costs. - Responsible for fabrication of components used in ink jet printers. Includes photolithography, electroforming (Ni,Cu,Au,) chemical etching, and bonding processes.
