    Major Projects: • T-Mobile Retail Store, Catonsville, MD & College Park, MD – General Superintendent responsible for coordinating and completing two fast-track retail renovations ahead of turn-over date and within estimated budget. Scope included total demo of existing space, complete interior finish renovation, new MEP and fire installations, major IT and A/V display systems requiring considerable planning and coordination w/ power systems and millwork finishes per T-Mobiles’ marketing strategies. Documented/administered weekly progress reports between owner representative, builder, and general contractor. $480K. • Johns Hopkins University (Krieger Hall), Baltimore, MD – Coordinated, scheduled, and managed a two-phase interior renovation within JHU’s Mind/Brian Institute. The scope of work for this animal research and laboratory facility consisted of significant demo to existing MEP systems and total tear-out of all finishes. New construction involved strategic installation of HVAC equipment, considerable electrical/IT upgrades to existing power systems and networks, and interior finishes built/installed to meet strict light and sound requirements/specifications of the owner. Documented daily work progress, RFI’s, and submittal log. $550K. • Hilton, Arlington, VA – Supervised and coordinated work related to the Porte Cochere (exterior area located outside of the hotel main entrance). Scope included demolition of existing acoustical ceiling/lights and drywall ceiling, furnish/installed new vaulted suspended ceilings/framing, bulkheads, custom light fixtures, estate walls, and sprinkler system. 7500 sq. ft. $440K.
