I run a team of around 25 agents. I monitor their calls, give coachings/training, and track all their different numbers and stats.
I called clients and tried to assist them with either building positive credit or repairing their bad credit.
I was the first person in the companies 12 years to be trusted with running my own route. My duties primarily consisted of spraying homes for bugs but also included lawn care and even tree care. I would also repair any equipment that broke and was in charge of several projects to make the job easier but more productive.
Sold pest control door to door for the summer.
I served a as a missionary for my church where I spent 2 years of my life dedicated to teaching and serving others. I served in many leadership positions and was responsible for other missionaries.
