We've been in the senior housing business for a long time now. During that time, we have been fortunate to work for two of the most respected management companies in the industry and with some of the best development and ownership partners you could ever ask for. All along, we knew that someday we would like to start our own business focused on creating outstanding senior housing communities. We offer a wide range of senior housing consulting services including feasibility studies, market research, sales training, marketing planning, brand development, and operations analysis. Responsible for the branding, sales and marketing efforts, information technology initiatives, building and maintenance program, budgeting, and business analytics for 21 senior housing communities in five states. Led re-branding effort and ensured the Merrill Gardens brand was real, relevant, and engaging at all touch points. Oversaw the sales and marketing effort that resulted in industry-leading performance. Assisted in guiding the implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (UltiPro), Accounting and Resident Management software (Yardi), and online purchasing platform (DSSI). Led multi-channel marketing program that is driven through strict adherence to ROI performance measures. Provided a wide range of senior housing consulting services including site feasibility, market research, operations consulting, sales training, and development of marketing plans.
