EC2 Core Platform
• Worked on the Core Search Platform team to improve intranet search performance • Built a custom analyzer and tokenizer in Lucene using Java, and registered the analyzer as an Elasticsearch plugin • Maintained a dictionary module in the analyzer, which in sync with company’s latest popular-word collection • Developed Apache Maven POM file to automate the build process for the plugin
• Completed the development of an employee directory and company resource management service using Spring Boot, reducing the application procedures for a secure file resource within the company by 20% • Involved in requirements gathering, analysis, design, and documentation of the service
