I have over twenty years of experience in retail sales, operations, management, and inventory control for companies such as Pier 1 Imports, Z Gallerie, Crate and Barrel, and Ryder Last Mile. I have primarily worked in running freight operations, managing store stockrooms, overseeing customer orders and supervising inventory control and asset protection, but I also have met and surpassed both store and personal sales goals through excellent customer service and effective running of the sales floor as the manager on duty to help others do the same. Within the past few years, I have pivoted into inventory control and order management at Home Delivery Centers for Crate and Barrel and Ryder Last Mile where I have used my retail experience to assist local stores and customer service associates to provide excellent service to customers on their behalf.
Processed and managed Crate and Barrel returns for Ryder, conducted cycle counts of Crate inventory and audits of inbound and outbound Crate shipments, and resolved inventory discrepancies.
