About

You did everything right… so why does your life feel like this? If you’re a high-achiever who looks successful on paper… but feels burned out, unfulfilled, or disconnected inside… You’re not alone. You built the career. You hit the goals. You became the person you were supposed to be. But your life? Feels exhausting. Unfulfilling. Like something is quietly draining the life out of you. I know this feeling because I lived it. I was working 60+ hours/week in clinical trials… while building a business on the side for another 30+ hours. On paper, I had “made it.” In reality? I was burned out, overwhelmed, and going in and out of depression. Every Sunday, I felt sick thinking about Monday. I had to force myself not to quit… every week. I had responsibilities. A daughter. A life that depended on me holding it all together. And still, I kept thinking: “Is this really it?” “This can’t be my life.” "But how do I change it?" My breaking point came after another long day… another meeting where burnout was normalized & laughed at. I looked at my endless to-do list… and then at the coaching clients I was supposed to help after work. And thought: “How am I supposed to help people build a life I hate?” That was the moment everything started to shift. I stopped trying to achieve my way into fulfillment… and started rebuilding my relationship with myself. Choosing alignment over obligation. Truth over fear. Myself over what was “responsible” or “realistic.” This is the work of self-love, alignment, & identity transformation. What I now call: Absolute Self-Love. Not surface-level self-care. But real, raw self-love in action. Since then… I’ve written and self-published Falling Madly in Self-Love, built a soul-aligned business, & created a life that actually feels good to live. I trust myself. I follow my intuition. I make decisions from alignment, not fear. And for the first time… I feel peace, joy, and freedom. I’m also in a deeply aligned relationship - not from settling, but from finally choosing myself first. Now, I help high-achievers who feel burned out, unfulfilled, or disconnected rebuild self-trust, reconnect with themselves, & create a life they’re actually in love with. Not just one that looks good… but one that feels good to live.
