- Oversee and guide team members for their professional growth - Report and present on the weekly KPI's to my team and the wider business - Forecast weekly & daily budget numbers in line with the promotion plan - Plan in promotional activity with the merchandising team - Ownership of content design across multiple channels so they are all aligned. - Full ownership of the email strategy - Support the eCommerce manger with the PNL report and budgets - Work with the Platform manager & developer to improve CR across the website - Work with our digital marketing agencies to improve SEO and support Ab testing - Ownership of the campaign marketing calendar ensuring all areas of the business stay up to date - Support stores with technical order isssues and promotional updates
- Work on Central European beauty websites and manage the day to day trading and content updates across the site. - Use CMS platform to update and maintain the websites performance - Use google analytics and in-house data tools to look in-depth into all KPI’s and relay these to the teams in Europe. - Report on promotional activity and use this to plan future promotions. -Present new ideas to the European teams on how we can improve KPIs and member participation. - Support the digital marketing teams - Work with suppliers to implement new tools and assets and give feedback a statistics on how the brands are performing.
• Provisioning, deploying, reviewing and maintaining all products and promotions on the website using CMS in-conjunction with various web technologies including HTML and CSS • Leveraging Google Analytics to report on sales and use this data to coordinate placement • Liaise with suppliers and brands to gather assets for various marketing and promotional resources • Test new functionality and report on issues/bugs for the relevant teams • Work with various software packages to manipulate data, compile reports and edit imagery • Train junior team members
• Training and mentoring new members of staff. • Working along side multiple departments including the warehouse team to make sure all product details are up to date and amended when necessary. • Taking on some managerial duties including the discussion of new ideas and factoring in urgent requests such pricing and deals. • Prioritising and delegating jobs to the product and pricing administrator.
• Liaising with colleagues around the whole business to ensure campaigns are functional and assist with recertifying any issues that may arise. • Set up promotional offers and new products for all stores and online. • Assisting with testing new projects such as the Ireland website, the smartphone app and the new system (WES). • Testing deals on the tills and on the development website. • Creating price change memos and price lists for stores weekly. • Ensuring that promotional trackers are up to date for cross departmental use. • Leveraging tools such as Excel’s advanced features to calculate product prices and report when needed.
