Over a decade of turning complex tech into “ohhh, now I get it.” I have led learning design and product marketing at both SaaS giants and scrappy start ups, always with the goal of helping smart people do their jobs smarter. I build programs that stick, scale, and actually get used. My happy place is where strategy meets creativity and where the lightbulb finally clicks on.
At Moderne, I developed and implemented a customer education strategy, collaborating with subject matter experts and customers to produce engaging learning experiences about the Moderne Platform and OpenRewrite. Beyond customer education, I managed the end-to-end production of high-quality videos and animations for social media, YouTube, product demos, and the company website. From scripting to shooting and post-production, I ensured every project aligned with brand objectives and engages the target audience. Outside my core responsibilities, I worked on various product marketing and sales enablement projects. I also handled other tasks such as event planning, website updates, and more, jumping in wherever necessary to ensure team success and operational efficiency. It’s a start-up, so wearing multiple hats, and occasionally juggling them, was just part of the adventure.
In my previous role, I led the creation of scalable learning programs tailored to diverse sales personas, blending instructional design expertise with a deep understanding of sales enablement needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales leadership, and subject matter experts, I developed engaging content that equipped sales professionals with the knowledge and skills to excel in competitive markets. From interactive e-learning modules to live workshops and performance support tools, my approach ensured that learning was both actionable and aligned with business objectives.
I worked on an innovation team called the Design Lab that was dedicated to introducing emerging technologies, new learning experiences, and human-centered strategies to ServiceNow. In my role I built prototypes, provided consultative services for teams with unique needs, worked with vendors, led implementations of new tools, and created interactive media experiences. I regularly applied designing thinking methodology to projects and served as an idea acceleration resource within my organization.
Before I was promoted to the innovation team, I crafted learning experiences for ServiceNow’s global sales organization that aligned to strategic initiatives for account planning, sales forecasting, deal structuring, DemoHub, CPQ/CLM, and more.
I primarily created video libraries, eLearning modules, and materials for ILTs for systems for over 125 banks. I also handled CMS administration in SharePoint where we built out pages that served as job aids, resource guides, etc.
