Administrative role involving operation of the Union reception. Requires: - Confidence and taking initiative - Dedication to solving customers’ problems - Excellent communication skills - Remaining personable and positive in difficult situations. Particular strengths in being a quick learner and good customer service.
Advisory role to the President on all matters, and fills in for the President in their absence. Specific roles include: - Organising Summer term workshops - Producing ‘A Very Vocal Evening,’ the collaborative showcase between Musical Theatre and A Capella Society.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of the society, including managing the committee and ensuring welfare and workload needs are met while still providing for members. - Bearing financial responsibility for the society, including co-ordination with external venues and services, completing an annual budget and ensuring sustainable financial practices. - Representing the society within the wider management group and the Student Union. - Creative role as Artistic Director of the Autumn term fresher's showcase, including roles in production, direction and co-ordination of a 40+ team of cast, directors and crew. Also produced an original member-written piece ('The Final Heist') which had a successful run at the Camden Fringe in August 2024.

- Professional experience as a Speaker in a STEM Adventures event at Imperial College London Mathematics School. - Event planning and finding ways to maximise engagement and build a community. - Organising outreach opportunities both within the College and with local schools to encourage a greater participation of marginalised groups into Physics. January-March 2025: Proposed, organised and delivered a physics outreach project which was awarded >£500 by Imperial's EDI Seed Fund: 'Physics in the World: Contextualising the Curriculum'. Involved weekly visits over the 3 months to Imperial Maths School where I taught Science Communication to Year 12s and supported the development of their physics and maths-based workshops, which they then delivered in a massively successful 'workshop day' at Blackett Laboratory at the end of March to Year 8 students from Laurel Park and Friern Barnet schools.
