o Prepare Tender & Price analysis including Pre-installation requirement based on Project request. o Organize, dispatch & follow-up daily workload with Engineers. o Oversee Maintenance Schedules. o Follow-ups Warranties & Service Contracts Renewals (Ministry of Health & Private). o Order Spare parts & Communicate with Principals for technical assistance. o Issue Quotations & Follow-up Approvals & Invoicing. o Handle the Spare parts Sub-store & Oversee Local purchases (related to service). o Support Engineers & deputize the Manager. o Initiated the Implementation of Asset Management Software (MS Dynamics AX) for Inventory, Stock Management, Contracts & Tickets to issue tasks for Engineers & analyze progress stage, Reports based on Expenses, Contracts & History of Equipment.
o Tendering, Evaluation, Purchasing of medical equipments, Negotiation & forward for final payment after installation (since the starting stage of the hospital). o Installation, Commissioning, Demonstration, Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance of various medical equipments. o Good relation with international companies / Local dealers /Field Service Engineers & queries about the latest medical technology to implement for the uplift of the organization. o Daily rounds in various departments to know the work status of equipments. o Developed Biomedical Engineering Policy as per the hospital routine. o Member of the Purchase & Procurement Committee. o Involving in various Quality Control activities of the hospital.
o Performing/Controlling Repair of Medical Equipments, follow-up on Supplier’s Repair, Schedule Preventive Maintenance & Initiate on Quotation Approval & proceeds for repair.
