My name is Jasmine Hernandez, and I am the Founder & Co-Owner of Chicana-Plant Based Grub. We are an all plant-based restaurant in Fullerton, Ca.. We specialize in vegan comfort food that everyone can enjoy. Chicana started as a vision and with dedication and support of close friends and family grew our humble pop-up operation to food truck then to full brick and mortar location in the heart of Fullerton. I am now focusing on building systems to run Chicana as ethically and efficiently as possible, from staffing, store design, ordering applications and our artistic merchandise potential. My priority and professional purpose is to create a more sustainable and ethical way of consuming whether it be on the table or on our feet. So my father and I have founded Vuaraches, an all vegan huarache company focused on artisanal traditional huaraches made of plant-based materials. My team and I hope everyone gets a chance to see just how great it feels to make more mindful choices when choosing to dine or shop. Jasmine
