The Abbotsford, Bowen Hills ($75 million) Key Responsibilities: - Drive the design process and outcomes from design development through to IFC stages - Manage buildability reviews with input from the construction team - Chair design coordination meetings and workshops - Design programming - Assess design changes and HCVs - Review design documentation against PPR requirements - Review design documentation against DDA/BCA/Acoustic/Fire/Section J reports to ensure compliance with the NCC & relevant standards/legislation - Manage architectural, structural, MEP & fire, civil, shoring, facades, interior finishes, waterproofing, landscaping and heritage design packages - Obtain building approvals - Ensure planning approval conditions are met
