• Manage and optimize regular Office operations to maintain efficiency and productivity. • Act as a prime liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication and information flow. • Assist the Principal Broker & other Mortgage Agents with putting together the Application so the clients can get their mortgage closed and purchase their home. • Assist the clients throughout the mortgage process with clarity and transparency. • Maintain the Manual and Electronic records of closed and completed files. • Manage the database of clients, referral partners and maintain Contact list. • Collaborate with the Principal Broker to come up with creative ideas for Business Marketing. • Staying up to date with current market trends and lending regulations to provide the newest industry insights to the clients. • Ensure that the Mortgage loans and Processes meet Compliance Standards. • Committed to building strong and lasting relationships with clients, industry partners, fostering long-term partnerships.
