👋 I am a PhD candidate in Health Research Methodology at McMaster University, where my research explores how social determinants of health, chronic diseases, and global health systems influence health literacy among older adults. My goal is to contribute to meaningful and inclusive global health policies, programs, and practices that advance equity and strengthen health systems. Beyond my doctoral research, I am passionate about bridging academic knowledge with community needs. I collaborate with local and international partners to ensure that research is contextually and culturally relevant, impactful, and actionable. I am motivated by the belief that health systems should be accessible, understandable, and empowering for all, and I am always open to new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
