Kaftan Life is on a quest to address some of the big problems in women's fashion, by offering apparel that's exceedingly comfortable, flattering for a range of sizes and body types, and produced with the welfare of the women and men making it in mind. Inspired by fashion from around the world, we're convinced that none of this has to come at the cost of style. In 2018, we began by designing an exclusive collection of handmade kaftans to meet these key objectives. We look forward to expanding our product catalog to include all sorts of apparel that makes us feel good inside and out.
Senior acquisition lead owning the vision, roadmap, budget and KPIs for a multi-product roadmap that drove a 71% increase in sale close rate, 47% increase in CLV and significant CX improvements among high value customers. To get it done, I worked with the C-suite, department leaders, platform product teams and new/existing partners to explore, define, prioritize and ship new features/capabilities spanning marketing technology, predictive response and retention models, sales/service applications and APIs, analytics dashboards and data management processes. My team and I complemented these deliveries with an A/B and multivariate testing plan covering multiple integrated marketing channels to grow the high value acquisition tactic into Dish's most profitable targeted marketing tactic in < 1 year.

Heat Seek is a registered 501(c)(3) civic technology nonprofit dedicated to creating open, objective and actionable data to promote heating code compliance and energy efficiency in urban MDUs. As Product Lead, I introduced Scrum and created the product roadmap for end-to-end hardware and web app development. My co-founder and I recruited a team of 10 talented engineers, designers, data scientists and marketers, and together we shipped multiple iterations of Heat Seek's affordable, scalable mesh-networking temperature sensor system, and the accompanying mobile-first Ruby on Rails web application designed for several user personas: civil attorneys, housing courts, tenants and landlords. At NYC BigApps 2014, Heat Seek won the grand prize and multiple category awards: best connected device, best utilization of NYC 3-1-1 open data and a victory by unanimous decision in the BigApps Battleground pitch competition.
