- Loading and Unloading: Safely load, unload, and transfer materials, parts, and components between docks, storage areas, production lines, and staging zones following established safety and handling procedures. - Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and tuggers to transport parts efficiently throughout the facility; conduct pre-operation safety checks and ensure proper equipment usage. - Material Flow Coordination: Support continuous production by delivering components to the correct workstation at the right time, helping prevent line stoppages and ensuring smooth operational flow. - Staging & Organization: Prepare, stage, and sequence materials for upcoming production runs or outbound shipments to improve workflow efficiency and prevent delays. - Line Replenishment: Monitor production line consumption rates and proactively restock bins, racks, and flow carts with required parts and materials to support uninterrupted assembly operations.
