For over 17 years, I have been advising on M&A transactions, restructuring and compliance system implementations, both in Poland and internationally. I support clients not only as a lawyer, but also as an auditor (ISO 27001 and ISO 9001), combining a legal perspective with risk management and information security requirements. I speak three languages – Polish, English, and French – and work in three “worlds”: law, technology, and organizational culture.
