• Leading technical workshops, demos, training sessions and support for internal and external customers and partners, • Cooperation with Product Management, R&D teams to develop and enhance NES products to meet customer demands, • Establishing customer relations and influencing customers towards NES solutions through a consultative engagement and understanding customer requirements, • Contributing to partner and account strategy with the sales representatives, • Providing technical analysis, review and creation of RFP / RFQ responses, • Managing technical requirements for customer orders and cooperation with Operations and Manufacturing teams • Participation in professional events.
Technical support of existing deployments of AMI systems (Hardware and software), Participation in professional events
• Managing current AMI projects, • Preparation of tender documents and applications.
• Providing field support for AMI deployment in Gdansk, Kalisz, Torun region, • Conducting workshops for customer’s employees.
• Test systems transfer from other production sites, • Maintaining efficient and correct functioning of test systems, • Contact with customers (results presentation, fault analysis), • Test system improvements, • Preparation of test system maintenance and operation instructions.
