Leading project teams of up to 6 consultant on client project in transportation, logistics and infrastructure industries across ~ 20 countries. Highlights included: - Lead a transformation through initial diagnostic, bottom up planning and implementation - total impact of 65mn EUR EBIT - Lead the execution of a transformation stream focusing on landside transportation (e.g., Haulage procurement, route optimization) and lean warehousing - total impact of 400mn EUR EBIT - Diligenced dozens of logistics businesses with a cumulative enterprise value of >50bn EUR
