As a Supply Chain professional, currently supporting a corporate-wide supply chain transformation in the Engineering/OEM business and an integrated e2e planning optimization in the Master Alloys manufacturing sectors, while in the previous engagement assisted to a renowned Food manufacturing company in the field of potato processing and distribution. Previously, supported one of the global industrial leaders in Access Solutions in their major business transformation; and as an integration leader, assisted to one of the top global Bio-pharmaceutical manufacturers during a major transformation of their Supply Chain operations. Also previously, worked for a global player in active Health Nutrition and Sports Food supplements contract manufacturer, as well as led, integrated and further optimized global supply chain management and operations at an Animal Feed/Nutrition manufacturer and service provider of related nutritional know-how. In the years before, developed or managed global supply chains and operations within the Wet and Dry Petfood manufacturing, Steel/Metal Products and Construction/Engineering Solutions, as well as Packaging and Hydraulics Manufacturing industries, with a dual education degree in MBA and MSc. in Engineering. Over the business years, Jaro has developed substantial expertise in global supply chain leadership, strategy, digitalization, continuous performance improvement, operational management and integrated planning, customer service and solutions, procurement, logistics and production management. This expertise has been acquired both in hands-on supply chain, procurement and production roles, project assignments, as well as in consulting to many large process, engineering and consumer goods manufacturing corporations, or small and medium size enterprises. Previously, supporting one of the global industrial leaders in Access Solutions in their major business transformation of the EMEIA division. As a Supply Chain professional and integration leader, have also been previously assisting to one of the top global bio-pharmaceutical manufacturers during a major transformation of their global Supply Chain operations. The assistance included the generics manufacturing division separation, a newly created global manufacturing business integration, the external supply/CMO transformation and an engagement leadership of EMEA customer service/O2C augmentation.
