Responsibilities: • As a Electrical Engineer, involved in electrical drawings designing for Hotel, Residential, and villa projects. • Cost Estimation, quantity take off, value engineering & cost effective solutions, engineering design calculations, sizing and selection of electrical equipment for the electrical installations of commercial and Residential etc. • Reviewing, analyzing and preparing reports about Daily Operational Performance and Interruption Register. • Load schedule preparation, and calculation for distribution network using excel sheet • Single line diagram overview, modification, scheme check • Calculation of total connected load which include Power factor correction and KVAr calculation, • Lighting & power layout, voltage drop calculation ,balancing load across each phases. • Handling complete Electrical works- Electrical LV, Fire Alarm System ,Voice Evacuation , Central Battery-Emergency light, power, Structured cabling, BMS, Access Control, SMATV, Public address, CCTV and including builders work, installations and MEP coordination. • Executing works as per civil construction schedule of foundations, slab/column concreting, block walls, false ceiling, painting etc. to fix Electrical works via Earthing , Containment works, wiring, cable tray fixing, cabling, back box fixing, DB and panel installation, Cable Dressing, Glanding, Termination and Installation of wiring devices, light fittings, etc. • Executing low current system works (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, voice/data) as per Construction schedule. Coordinating with testing and commissioning team plus QA/QC for inspections and approvals. • Attending progress meetings with client for effective coordination with project manager,Architect, Structural engineer, Main contractor and all subcontractors in the project.
