I am an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management with 30 years of experience in leadership, international business, operations and multicultural environments. My professional path has taken me through global business leadership, demanding change environments and, over the past 13 years, leadership and career coaching. I have worked with more than 100 organisations and coached over 1,500 people. I have seen leadership from many angles. Growth, uncertainty, setbacks, renewal and the human need to find direction when the ground is moving. Over time, one thing has become clear. My work has never been only about business, leadership teams or career transitions. At its core, it has always been about helping people and organisations move forward in demanding situations with more clarity, trust and purpose. That same thread is now leading me toward the next chapter of my professional life. I want to continue building my path toward international roles connected with comprehensive security, crisis management, Host Nation Support and cooperation between different actors. I still have seven years of reserve eligibility ahead of me in Finland, and I see this phase as an important window to grow, contribute and serve in a new way. This is not a sudden change of direction. It is a continuation of everything I have done before. My international leadership background taught me how to work across cultures, functions and pressure. My years as a coach deepened my understanding of people, resilience, communication and responsibility. My service in UNIFIL in Lebanon and my current role as Exercise Director of KRIHA26 are now bringing these threads together in practice. What motivates me most is the opportunity to contribute in environments where cooperation truly matters. I am especially interested in roles where military, civilian and international actors need to build shared understanding, mutual trust and practical coordination around a common mission. My direction is becoming clearer. I want to keep growing toward international assignments where leadership, preparedness, service and cooperation come together in meaningful ways. If you see opportunities, networks or discussions where my background could add value in comprehensive security, crisis management or international coordination, I would be glad to connect.

After almost twenty years in working life as a high-tech executive in an international multicultural business environment, I have found my true passion in transformational coaching. My #1 inspiration comes from helping people to find their own mission and passion. In today's fast-changing world, there are so many people willing to work hard, but are so lost with their intrinsic motivation and strengths potential. How many of those people are just living their lives without the passion that could be there? I have personally found some incredible ways to tap into the source of inspiration in human beings, and there is nothing more exciting for me than helping others to do the same! I am so excited to share my personal experiences with you, and I am using state-of-the-art change tools to deliver sustainable change and success to my clients. I am thrilled to say that I have helped more than 100 companies and over 1000 individuals! Success happens when mission and passion meet within the same person. And this is always a win-win situation for all parties involved!

I took a break and stopped running mindlessly. I was focusing on bringing bliss and joy to my everyday life, both professional and private. I was looking for happiness in my life, not only carrying out different preset assignments, as so many people are doing nowadays. After many months of serious thinking, I HAVE LEARNT TO STOP! The professional transition I started few years back has also grown inside me. I am interested in all aspects of the well-being of human beings in their professional lives. The Jungian MBTI framework is the key framework for me. I have used it daily for over 10 years. During my sabbatical, I have been deep-diving into human behaviour and how to find passion in life.
