Led a team of four Program Managers and one Chief Pilot to execute a round-the-clock maintenance operation of 1,486 maintenance employees supporting 151 military helicopters at two Army airfields. Stayed in role and produced excellent results through expiration of L-3’s contract with the Army. - Boosted monthly AH-64D Apache mission performance from 84% to 100%, the first 100% rating in 17 months. Earned company a $750,000 performance incentive payment. Delivered what all thought “couldn’t be done.” - Redesigned schedule for night and weekend coverage. Saved $900K payroll by cutting overtime in half. - Implemented Lean protocols and continuous improvements to increase AH-64E aircraft bank time from 38% to 53% within nine months. - Organized Reject Working Group, engaging all stakeholders. Cut reject rate by half or more for two aircraft: AH-64D (16% to 8%) and AH-64E (10% to 4%).
