I help teams build products.
Leading product management for the Infrastructure and Foundation AI groups at Roblox.
Joined the legendary compute infrastructure team at Google to help build a product management function across all of Alphabet (Cloud, Search, YouTube, etc..). Google was amazing, but I also realized pretty quickly that I preferred working at smaller companies. - Established a new PM function for Borg and Linux Kernel teams - Hired a small, but world class team of product managers - Acting PM team lead for Google Cloud GPU & TPU products
Based on our learnings from forming the Cloud Native Apps business unit, I moved over to the vSphere team to try to make it more relevant to software developers and cloud native applications. - vSphere with Tanzu brought kubernetes and containers deep into the core vSphere platform - VMware Cloud Consumption Interface defined a new cloud developer experience for VMware's entire cloud portfolio - Containers on Fusion and Workstation brought containers and Kubernetes to VMware's desktop hypervisors
My first big company job - joined to help create a new business unit to focus on solutions for cloud native apps. Figure out how to leverage VMware's strengths into a portfolio of products that could expand VMware into new customers (developers) in their account base. - Delivered vSphere integrated containers - Delivered Photon Platform (VMware's first Kubernetes as a Service product)
Joined this crazy startup trying to disrupt the database industry as employee #25. What a rocket ship! - Built the first technical go to market team - Built the first product marketing and business development teams - Built the first customer success team - Scaled with the company from 25 -> 500 employees and 50x revenue growth
The CDN industry had largely failed to address the mid market of CDN users in a cost effective way. We started Yottaa to make the web faster for everyone, not just the big sites that could afford a CDN. - Joined founders after seed, helped raise series A. - Developed the strategy and product vision for the company - Conceived, developed and delivered our first web application performance product
