Ensure the team is adequately staffed, skilled, and utilized appropriately. > Led the turnaround of a large scale (130-man, SGD$20M) government agency initiative for 125 complex case-type management processes of audit, inspection, and enforcement. Utilizing PMO methodologies, increased efficiency, transparency, and alignment of all teams, vendors, and stakeholders. > Lead the selection and implementation of tools and methodologies for project & resource management to include real-time reporting on people, time, budgets, scope, risks, and forecasting of projects across the organization. > Lead the establishment of a company-wide collaboration environment and comprehensive documentation & data repository (policies, processes, governance, COE playbooks, client materials & collateral, operational artefacts, etc.). > Lead various business development activities including government tender analysis and response, scoping, partner identification & engagement, and budgeting.
> Led the digital transformation of solution design, functional & technical specifications, SI vendor selection, PMO, project management, and change management to transform and digitize 26 business functions in their surveillance, inspection, & enforcement processes for a Singapore government utilities agency. (3yr, $5M, + $10M vendor) > Lead various business development activities including government tender analysis and response, scoping, partner identification & engagement, budgeting, etc. > As the organization is a startup, consulted to internal departments (HR, Finance, IT, & Security) on various policies & procedures setup, deployment, and enforcement, including ITIL 4 and ISO 27001.
> Leader of the digital track of JV company establishment for a sovereign wealth fund, developing security & technology policies & procedures, hiring staff, deploying tools, and operationalizing transformation services for company launch of an initial 75 staff. > Led the global IT & SAP ERP carve-out planning of a commodities conglomerating across 50+ countries, including integration to bespoke and SAAS cloud services. > Led a sovereign wealth fund turnaround and recovery of a complex large-scale secure cloud AWS rollout program ($5M+), including numerous stakeholders, service providers, and extensive tools & services, using agile and waterfall methodologies. > Led the turnaround and recovery of a digital mobile platform development program, addressing process & security gaps and driving the new vendor selection activity.
> Leader responsible for a USD $15M / 5-year rollout program of a finance and line-of-business (media, production) systems transformation program across 72 entities in 9 countries in APAC. Includes business process mapping (P2P, O2C, R2R), data structures alignment, data cleansing, product solutioning, digital technology architecture, change management, training, UAT, and hypercare. > Leader responsible for the business strategy development and rollout of a transformational procure-to-pay (P2P) policy, processes, and digital tool (Coupa) across APAC enabling transparency and savings of ~USD $3M. > Consolidated 154 projects across 13 countries / 14,000 staff and established a balance of priorities, demands, resources, and timeline to realign with business objectives. > Member of global team performing business requirements analysis, technology review, product selection, and vendor assessment for a global cloud solution to provide timesheet and production service delivery (project management) for 45,000 users.
> Led the post-merger transformation of the IT team, operating environment, culture, and governance to establish an IT Shared Services of 36 IT staff / 7 countries / 4,000 users. > Responsible for M&A Post-merger technology integration activities of across 56 operating entities in 7 countries, change management leadership, the establishment of IT Shared Services teams in each market. > Leader of office consolidation projects in 6 countries, including a showcase 100,000 sq ft Singapore project (USD $3.5M of technology & digital innovation). > Performed M&A IT due diligence on 12 target acquisitions, negotiated all technology topics, developed integration plans and costing, drove the integration activities. > Project Manager of an ERP digital transformation program (finance, production, & media) of 10 P&L business entities.
