I help people/HR functions at startups adopt quantitative processes to become more data-savvy and strategic. I transform the use of analytics from a reactive to a proactive state, empowering leaders and executives to anticipate and mitigate workforce challenges before they occur. Recent initiatives I’ve led: • Development of talent acquisition performance and conversion metrics to reduce bottlenecks and improve candidate experience • Quantification of employee sentiment via engagement survey and analysis to discover and address key employee concerns • Compensation benchmarking and audit across regions, industries, and functions to identify and fix pay inequities • Automation of payroll entry and quality assurance processes to reduce administrative time and error • Creation of benefits enrollment, cost, and usage tracking tool to centralize administration and provide insights for future offerings • Measurement of workforce retention and association with workforce initiatives to detect at-risk teams and business units and deploy targeted interventions • Breakdown and reporting of labor performance and cost metrics to facilitate on-demand workforce reallocation • Collection, validation, and entry of HRIS employee data to enable holistic workforce reporting HR has a reputation for being soft and fluffy. There is a multitude of employee data points that companies are required to collect; however, few utilize this data in any meaningful way beyond compliance. Organizations that do not leverage this data are at risk of making biased and misguided talent decisions. As a seasoned HR professional and coach with years of analytical experience, I draw upon my expertise in both domains to grow the use of people data and enable informed people decisions.
