Attend progress meetings and perform site visits, while comparing all progress with estimated completion dates and goals. Collect feedback from all parties and help to resolve any misunderstandings, incidents, claims, and deficiencies. Initiate periodic and final inspections and walk punch lists with responsible parties. Perform pre/post construction meetings with subcontractors and site management to give and receive feedback. Prepare and maintain contracts, project notes, material warranty information, and subcontractor information for inclusion to permanent job files.
