The MIT BioMicro Center is an integrated genomics core facility that provides both expertise and equipment for systems biology, mainly through next generation sequencing and in high throughput screening as well as bioinformatics, BioIT, & data management. • Oversaw data discovery, standardization, and management for various graduate and postdoc manuscripts primarily concerning systems biology, chemical engineering, & biogenetic engineering • Investigated product analysis for development of the upcoming releases of the open-source NextSEEK data management software, particularly in the identification of user workflows and toolchains • Developed and maintained a Jupyter Notebook Python suite for automatic data acquisition and organization for 70+ unique data types for principal investigators within various consortia, including The MIT Superfund Research Program and Hi-IMPAcTB
