My wife Deanna and I started Ruby coffee in rural Wisconsin in 2013. Ruby is now located in a tiny rural town called Nelsonville, approximately 20 minutes east of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. We have been fortunate to find our niche by roasting coffees that we love from a strong producer network of suppliers. Now we ship our coffee nationwide both to wholesale accounts and direct to consumer. We have our own flagship cafe in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and a new small town cafe at our headquarters in Nelsonville. Ruby's coffee menu features spectacular, limited release micro lots as well as balanced, sweet year-round blends.
