Spine Injury - received spinal injection, worked through 2 years of physical therapy and recovery.
♦ Shadowed and interviewed users to identify pain points in the product and document them for future development cycles. ♦ Worked with leasing agent team to optimize issues and bug reporting in the Zuma portal. ♦ Worked with pulling data from MongoDB and data integration with Tableau.
♦ Created automated system in Google Sheets for leasing agents to track 100% of leads, preventing manual errors and loss of potential leads. This was a core system used for over a year while Zuma was securing series A funding. ♦ Created automated performance dashboard in Google Sheets for customer success team to prove to customer that pilot was successful. ♦ Proposed new account & user management architecture for development team to solve access, security, management, and scalability issues with current product. Zuma is an A16z funded startup providing an enterprise leasing platform that seamlessly integrates with the existing tools apartment communities use and immediately makes the leasing process easier, 2x faster, and more human. We do this with the help of conversational AI, a superstar human leasing team, and our proprietary lead management platform.
