- Management of cross-border employment compliance (full Global Mobility Spectrum, tax, social security, immigration, contracts, etc) ; - Advise to line management, HR managers, recruitment, finance, shared services and local country teams on the international contracting and the financial impact of assignment and permanent relocations; - Preparation of RFP, vendor selection and end-to-end coordination; - Management of all aspects of international relocations, including benefits, taxation, social security, immigration, and relocation; - Oversee preparation of cost projections, balance sheets and assignment letters for international assignments, policy counselling for business and employees, instruction to local payroll teams to guarantee compliance; - Guarantee assignment data in local and global HRIS systems, and support with internal reporting and data analytics.
- Mobility Programs: Project management of assignments and relocation cases facilitating employee movement across roles, departments, and locations; - Policy and Compliance: Management of external vendors, visa and immigration support, internal policies review and update; - Strategic Workforce Planning: Development of plans to address talent needs and fill skill gaps supporting company growth in connection with business leaders; - Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysis of talent mobility metrics to provide insights to stakeholders; - HRM systems and productivity tools: iCMS, Tableau, Workday, Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, Servicenow.
