I enjoy translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights that can inform practice, education, and policy. Beyond research, I am a men’s health advocate and storyteller, with a focus on raising awareness, prevention, and early health-seeking behaviors among men through digital health innovation. In my advocacy and storytelling, I work to break stigma, amplify health conversations, and promote informed decision-making among men.
