      Mixed horticultural and animal husbandry training center and commercial farm where we practise low-cost regenerative circular farming practices. For soil amendment and crop protection we apply exclusively natural and harmless formulations. Manufacturing of insect proteins, animal feeds and organic fertilisers. We have installed a pilot factory for the production of biodiesel from oil seeds and third generation bioethanol production. Our focus is on upcycling agri and food by-products and waste streams. As Founder and Managing Director I am responsible for all pillars in the company, including but not limited to Financial Administration & Reporting/P&L, Supply Chain, HR and Operations. Obviously I also contribute to business development and new product research. R&D Partner of GrowPact, tasked to "Africanize" selected Dutch High Tech practices and hardware. Focus areas on prefermented animal feed produced from aquatic weeds and insect proteins as well as production of BioNPK, using BSF, vermicompost and large scale winrow composting processes.
