I was born and, raised in the Netherlands with a keen interest in hospitality from an early age. Studied at the famous Hotel School The Hague. Worked in luxury hotels in Paris, Curacao and, Vancouver and, in various restaurants. Growing up very near the sea, sailing with family and, friends, it actually came as no surprise that I ended up working as hotelier on incredible, luxury, floating hotels. I am compassionate, positive, enthusiastic, proactive. Competitive and, results oriented. A motivator and mentor who is approachable, visible. Analyzing the KPI's thoroughly, sharing the expectations, feed back and successes with all team members is my passion.
