At WAAI, I help organisations stop burning money on pilots that never ship. Most innovation managers I work with are running project after project without monetising any of them, what I'd call a pilot virus. My job: build outside-in innovation grounded in real research, a process that fits your context, impact you can point to, and a culture that keeps it alive after the project ends. Concretely, I support you to: Map your environment, get a real read on the ecosystem you operate in before you design anything. Build empathy, understand the mental models and needs of the people you're designing for. Define the research questions that matter most for your innovation journey. Cut what doesn't earn its place, adopt a not-invented-here mindset and get to market faster. Spot the organizational milestones and obstacles that will make or break the process. Get clear on impact, define it first, then work backward to the steps that get you there. Our method: the EPIC Design Maturity Model Four lenses on innovation: Empathy: how well do you understand the needs, habits, and context of the people you're designing for? Can you frame research from their side, not yours? Process: what does the process need to look like for this to actually succeed? Impact: what changes if you design backward from the impact you want, instead of forward from the idea? Culture: how do you build and keep an innovation culture once the project is over? We start the work through knowledge sharing and hands-on practice inside focused groups or learning networks: Community of Practice Innovated by Design And targeted workshops for specific needs: Defining a research question Building a business case Mapping your environment Coaching you to build a culture that sustains innovation

At the intersection of technology and user experience, I am conducting research on how to optimise the process of clinical trial approval and decision-making. This research comprehends stakeholder research, process mapping and technology architecture. The stakeholder research helps me to map all the needs, expectations and interactions with processes and software of asset development teams, portfolio strategy leaders, and decision committee members. Mapping the processes and how the current technology stack supports them gives us a deeper understanding of all the possible opportunities to optimise these processes. Consulting on behalf of Pau.
