- General technical responsibility for the turbo generator in simple and complex projects, included: generator design, internal order management, engineering time schedule, coordination between all project interfaces as: general project management, sales, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, other engineering and R&D departments; - lead and participate in technical reviews, project kick-offs and status meetings; - represent the generator system to the customer, internal and external partners.
- Generator design with main focus on generator windings, geometrical design, clearances, stator and rotor winding insulation, corona protection design and high voltage testing; - definition of the documentation (including: manufacturing documentation, order and assembly documentation, test instructions, initial field service instructions, quality records) for complex new spare generator components, as well as for repairs; - definition of concepts, reports, feasibility studies for generator services and repairs; - strong cooperation with manufacturing team during all project phases from feasibility studies, project kick off, up to final acceptance test.
- Generator design using CAD tools, definition of the manufacturing documentation; - preparation of layouts, concepts, reports, feasibility studies, technical instructions and quality documentation for new generators; - technology transfer support of a generator winding manufacturing method.
