Responsible for an improvement project for regulatory reporting (to the ACM). Working together with both the external reporting department and economic regulatory department (amongst others). Projectteam size varying through out project - approx. 8 team members during peak. Member of the Corporate Control management team. Results: Within 7 months changed the regulatory reporting proces to be on time for the first time in years. The next 5 months implemented continuous improvement and implementing 50 minor improvements. Merging 2 departments to 1 within 3 months, without disrupting the ongoing processes.
