Business Innovation: Shaping activities, processes, and systems that generate ideas, solve problems, and create value. Business Design & Engineering: Turning ideas into business models and building on them to develop long-term functioning companies.

Program "Digital Management Solutions" OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts Content: Introduction to the topic of Innovation Management in SMEs with a focus on the following key areas: Basic classification of innovations, innovation processes, innovation methods (generating, testing, validating ideas), innovation strategies, innovation teams, intercultural dimension in innovation work, industrial property rights as well as innovation ethics.
