I have spent the last + 20 years facilitating development and innovation processes, for public and private companies with focus on concept and business development, user experience and service design. My core interest is the facilitation of human interactions, training our ability to mentalize and form new meanings together, orchestrating the ongoing process through which things, relations and people become what they are. My role is to facilitate and frame the growth process, constantly navigating to find a path from understanding to action and manifestation. Beside my professional career, I run a social-economic start-up called Diversitetet for young people, building a non-profit organisation with community and nature at its core. We are all living beings in constant transformation, and when we manage to empower people and organisations to embrace the transformative process, it will result in powerful and directed growth. Through engaging with a diversity of people, we widen our views, broaden our minds and see solutions and challenges from new perspectives, allowing for patterns to emerge that can bring real and positive change. As a freelance consultant I lead transformational projects taking responsibility for all aspects of the process; people engagement, workshop facilitation and planning, experience design, as well as communication, deliveries and follow up to ensure full satisfaction and alignment of all people involved.
