I´m a passionate about HR with a strong focus on organisational and personnel psychology during my studies. I can offer my experience from working in the HR-fields of recruiting, development and administration with an broad understanding of different processes and challenges within a multinational company especially before, during and after a merger. Being part of the global HR Service organisation and responsible for the Workday modules of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. Analyzing and improving global processes and bringing them with the help of Workday into life. Gathering of requirements from users (Business/HR) and translating them into system demands so that we can react more quickly to change, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Recruiting and active sourcing for all our business units (Offshore, Onshore, Service and Corporates) for all our locations in Germany and the NE&ME region. Negotiating contracts with recruiting agencies and being involved in employer branding campaigns for specific target groups.

I´m working in the division of Wind Power and Renewables at Siemens. I´m responsible for reporting HR measures to the different divisions. As well I´m supporting the HR Business Partner in their daily business and especially in the potential and performance global roundtables.
I am involved in a fundamental restructuring project. I addition to that my responsibilities include payroll accounting and personnel selection.
My responsibilities include designing concepts of talent management, strategic organizational development and personnel development. Furthermore assisting personnel selection processes.
