As a young professional with a background in marketing and international communications, I have been fortunate to gain valuable experience in internal communications and employer branding at PepsiCo. In my current role as Internal Communications Advisor for Northern Europe, I am responsible for driving the comms agenda and content for various internal channels, creating local employee communications, coordinating Town Halls and GM Talks, and serving as the editor for our internal magazine. I am also supporting the employer branding team and serving as the communications lead for Work that Works, a program focused on flexibility. I am skilled in internal communications, corporate communications, creative writing, employer branding, and social media content creation.
