BANK MANAGEMENT: FINANCIAL CONTROL • End-to-End Design Ownership: Managed the full product design lifecycle for "Financial Control," a key Co-Innovation project with Standard Chartered Bank. • Client Workshop Support: Provided expert design consultation during client workshops, translating complex banking requirements into actionable user flows and high-fidelity prototypes. • Market & User Research: Conducted research to align the product vision with industry standards and specific user needs within the financial sector. • Technical Delivery: Partnered closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality SAP UI5 implementation, bridging the gap between design vision and technical constraints. 🏦 Neugelb is a Service Design studio founded by Commerzbank with focus on user-friendly solutions for the ongoing digital culture change. As Product Designer in the mobile banking team, I worked on following topics regarding securities trading and wealth. COMMERZBANK MOBILE BROKERAGE • Design Ownership: Served as the lead designer for the Brokerage features within the main Commerzbank banking app. • Discovery & Strategy: Led the ideation and discovery phases for brokerage and savings plan features, including user research and comprehensive competitor analysis. • Execution: Designed complex user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. • Quality Assurance: Collaborated with engineers, QA, and PMs on final delivery for Android & iOS, including Design QA to ensure implementation excellence. COMMERZBANK MONEY MATE • Feature Innovation: Partnered with Service Designers to define user problems and conduct research for the "Money Mate" feature from the ground up. • Testing & Validation: Conducted user testing sessions and translated insights into final design mock-ups, ensuring a seamless end-to-end mobile experience. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Worked in an agile environment with engineers and PMs to ship features for both iOS and Android platforms.
