- Support of the inhouse consultants - Elaboration of different analyses (e.g. sales, competitors, product strategy)
- Preparation and documentation of workshops to improve (lean) processes in the factory - Documentation of meetings, workshops for sustainibility - Support of the project leads of lean projects - Continuos actualization of lean- and project management guidelines
- Daily analysis of the stocks in the running production - Weekly and monthly analysis of the internal defect costs and reporting to plant management and group headquarters - For a period of time: responsible for the internal defect costs and the control of the stocks for controlling department - Participation in meetings regarding the results of stocktaking, monitoring of the development of the stocks and the internal defect costs - Writing the stocktaking register for the monthly statement - Preparation of a monthly meeting regarding the control of the departments expenses - Daily control of the self-billing invoices, and if necessary invoice correction - Contact person for supply companies dealing with questions about self-billign and possible errors (incl. the solution of problems in cooperations with other departments) - Monthly control of the stock in subcontractors
