Hi, I’m Janice, a New Graduate Registered Nurse and a Bachelor of Nursing graduate from Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand. I currently work as an Emergency Department nurse, where I am able to provide care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. In this role, I am involved in the assessment and management of patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely, safe, and effective care. I’m particularly passionate about emergency medicine, critical care, and trauma nursing, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to support patients through some of their most critical and vulnerable moments. I’m eager to continue learning, build my clinical knowledge, and gain hands-on experience while delivering compassionate, patient-centred care.
